Meet the team

Terence Chauke PrEng. (CEO and Operations)

Mr Chauke holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree from Cambridge University (UK) in Electrical Engineering and Information Science. He has completed the requirements for his Master of Arts (MA) at the same institution. He completed a Programme in Management Development at the prestigious Gordon’s Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in SA. He has also completed a master’s Degree in Business Leadership (MBL) with UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership. He has over 27 years engineering work experience from Sasol Coal, Eskom, De Beers, Murray & Roberts Engineering Solutions all which turnover multiple billions of Rands annually. Mr. Chauke was working at an Executive Management level in Lidwala Consulting Engineers as director and HOD. He ventured on his own to start and establish Elukani Engineering Projects which focuses on electrical & electronics, mechanical engineering, projects consulting services and project management.

Shirley Chauke (Executive Director Marketing and Strategy)

Mrs. Shirley Chauke holds an MBA (Master Business Administration) from Business school Nederland. Advance diploma in Business Management SAIM (South African Institute of Management) Management Development Program Diploma University of Pretoria and Project Management at the University of Johannesburg. Mrs. Chauke worked for Eskom in different portfolios, her last position was as Key Customer Executive. She joined City Power as Key Customer Executive. Mrs Chauke than joined Technip Italy as head of procurement, one of the world’s leading Oil & Gas EPC, they who were the main contractor building South Africa’s largest Polypropylene plant for Sasol Limited. She was the CEO of Hamon SA, and currently Group Executive Director at Actom. Mrs Chauke is serving on various boards which includes Actom, BCCA (Belgian Chamber of Commerce and SAEEC (South African Electrotechnical Export Council).
